Who we are

What we collect
From the contact form. Your name, your email address and whatever you write in your message. Nothing else, and no hidden fields.
From the newsletter form. Your email address. Signing up is not immediate: we send you a confirmation link, and you join the list only if you click it.
From your visit. Aggregate statistics such as number of visits, pages viewed, referral source and device type. This measurement is provided by Lovable, the platform hosting the site. It does not build visitor profiles and does not follow you between separate visits.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
Contact. So we can reply to you and discuss working together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated, and where relevant, pre-contractual steps.
The letter. So we can send you one piece of writing a month. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by clicking the confirmation link and can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every letter. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of what came before it.
Statistics. So we can understand what gets read and what does not. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site.
How long we keep it
Contact messages, up to two years from our last exchange. If we work together, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your email on the list, for as long as you stay subscribed. It is deleted when you unsubscribe.
Statistics, in aggregate form, with no personal identification.
Who else sees it
Lovable, which hosts the site. Buttondown, which manages the list and sends the letter. Our email provider. Our accountant, if you become a client. Nobody else.
We do not sell or trade data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
This site does not place tracking or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing. Email happy@handandmind.gr and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.
Security
We keep data in services with encryption and restricted access. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we hold nothing we do not need.
Changes
If anything material changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
